Victor has more than 27 years of experience in the financial services industry. He received his BA in economics from Hunter College in New York and earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) certification and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation from the American College in Pennsylvania. Victor maintains his FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network®. Additionally, he holds a Life, Health, and Variable Insurance license in Maryland.
Victor enjoys assisting clients to set financial goals and implementing plans to help achieve their objectives. Outside of the office, Victor enjoys music, outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife and two children.
