What motivates David most in his profession is meeting new people and helping them solve their financial problems. He finds it fascinating to hear about clients' life stories and backgrounds, as it helps him make more informed and appropriate financial decisions tailored to their unique situations.
Outside of work, David has been actively involved in his community. He is a former president of the Greater Bowie Chamber of Commerce and a former Board Chairman of the National Capitol Radio & Television Museum. He also volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America, serving as a Merit Badge counselor for shooting sports and Personal Management, where he teaches money management and organizational skills.
Originally from Bladensburg, Maryland, David currently resides in Pasadena with his wife, Ellery, his son Greg and Greg's wife Trinity. His daughter Lauren has her own place and, aside from her government job, serves in the Marine Reserves, so he gets to see her monthly. In his free time, David enjoys tending to his goldfish pond and observing the various creatures that visit. He is also passionate about shooting sports and actively participates in skeet competitions throughout the year.
